Cancellation and Refund Policies


Return and Exchange Information:


  • Returns are allowed only if requested before the product is shipped.
  • Once the product has been shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
  • If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it by sending an email to us at zenvy7229@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.


Damaged Product Return Policy:


  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must email us at zenvy7229@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • The email must include a clear unboxing video showing the damage and the packaging.
  • Products without video proof will not be eligible for return or refund.



Refund Processing Time:


  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Zenvy is not responsible for delays caused by bank processing times.
